New items!! We have a few items we have not been able to photograph for various reasons but want to let you konw that they are (or will soon be) available. Off the top of my head, theses are the new donations: white crenoline (poofy underskirt thing for under your wedding dress) street size 6, Center pieces!! 12 square sided acrylic vases stuffed with a neutral color moss then filled with sparkly gold and silver grasses/twigs some with baubbles, giant stalks of gold/silver grasses bundled (about 6ft long), isle runner with stylized floral pattern, and a white vinyl isle runner (good for outdoor weddings with a possibility of damp grass). Pics comming soon....hopefully.

Arch shown decorated, we let you do that.

Lighted wedding arch: This is a white, metal-tubing, garden arch. This arch is perfect indoor or outdoor and can be decorated to match any style or theme.
Requires some sort of anchoring to keep upright (flower pot?). The image above is just a suggestion. The arch will come to you with only the lights attached ready for you to decorate to match your theme. The lights can be removed (please let us know ahead of time and we will do this for you).

Like a blank canvas awaiting your vision...  Shown decorated as an example only. These come to you plain and empty.

(15+) Ivy bowls: You’ve seen these before! These are the little glass bowls with a ruffled edge. Tie a ribbon around the neck of the bowl, add sparkling stones or flowers to the bottom fill with water and add a floating candle. Really the possibilities are endless. Make nice centerpieces for small to medium sized tables. We're getting more of these all the time so if need a large quantity, let us know how soon.

it's wicker, it's a horn, it's a centerpiece!!

(8) Cornucopia baskets: We have two tones of natural wicker (they are all brown shades) baskets in the shape of cornucopias. Stuff with fruit or veggies for a fall theme. Looks nice and your guests can eat the contents!

Ivy/rose garland  fall leaves cluster  tiny red roses garland

Pink rose garland (these are a brighter pink than showing in this photo)  Muted hydrangea cluster  muted hydrangea candel ring
lavendar/white/sheer pteals  stark white petals!!!!    wreath with stephenotis, ivy, and a broad leaf that we cant identify :)
  short 3' stephenotis swag/garland

Plants and flowers: We also have several bunches of varying orange hues of marigolds and mums, several bunches of *economy* calla lilies ~ these were from a mock funeral for a 30th birthday party but they could make nice reception decor as well .  We have just received a bunch of white/off white bouquets with ivy and other green filler as well as quite a few garlands in the same scheme. They are in the process of being repaired/rebuilt/re-shaped/and refluffed. These should be available for your summer weddings (maybe sooner if we can convince some crafty people to help with this project).
The tiny red rose garland in the upper right are a recent donation. There are 17 strands of this and each one is about 5 feet long. Very realistic looking!

Provide your own sterno, do not throw out the water pan.

(2) Economy chaffing dishes: *These are not pretty* You may have seen this type of party chaffing dish around. It is a wire frame, a large aluminum tray for water, four half-size aluminum trays for food (only holds two at a time). Sorry, these no longer come with plastic serving utensils, they have been lost. DO NOT THROW AWAY THE LARGE WATER TRAYS. If your helpers toss them out, please replace them (party city) or help us out with the $4 per tray. We have replaced these 3 times already.

Please be prepared for some heavy lifting.

(100) Plates: We bought out the stock and now have 100 off-white round (heavy earthenware) dinner plates about 10”. (pick up only, we cannot deliver these to you no mater how close you are. We are just killing ourselves lifting these things).

(96 piece) matched set includes 24 dinner plates, 24 desert plates, 24 coffee cups, and 24 saucers

 (24) matching dinner forks, (24) matching table knives ...you're still on your own for spoons.

WOOT! We now have 100 small wine glasses, stretch your beverage service with these "slightly-smaller-than-standard " wine glasses. Actually we're just saying that because we don't know the fl. oz. yet. Glasses are ready to travel in industrial dishwashing racks.
 (24) larger (regular sized) wine glasses they are the same pattern as the small wine glasses (pictured above left) but they hold more liquid. These come ready to travel in an industrial dishwashing rack.
 (24) smoothe textured wine glasses (above right). Large bowl makes this look like a red wine glass. No fancy rack here. These come to you in a cardboard box.

We recently acquired (4) water pitchers. We haven't checked the oz. yet but estimate it to be about a half gallon.

(1) matching cake serving set ~plastic handles~ (knife and ...lifty thing).
(2) matching serving forks and  (2) matching serving spoons ~plastic handles~.

If you want some to keep, check your local Big Lots store. We found these there $4 for the cacke service and $2 each piece for the serving forks and spoons.
Cake serving set with etched glass handles (above on right).

(1) Coffee pot: 30 cup capacity dispenser/percolator. Can also be used for hot water only if tea/cocoa service is preferred to coffee.

small, low profile, one temp.   Full size hot plate. You select temperature. (see next pic for neato drawer)  This full size hot plate has a warming drawer.

Hot plates: various sizes. Stay tuned as we alter the trim on these with heat-resistant paint to make them less 1970's and more wedding friendly. For the time being however, they are as pictured. Five different trays available each one uglier than the last!  We now have the high-temp paint in a dull silver color and plan to spray all of the hot trays sometime in March so that they will all be the same shade of ugly...I mean, so that they will match and not distract from your decor.

(31) rounded bottom ice blue tinted glasses, three sizes. Perhaps not enough to use for beverages but plenty for flowers, candles, or other decorations.

Just added, about 24 mix-n-match stemware pieces. These were used clustered around centerpieces and filled with water/jelly crystals and candles for a rich sparkling effect. I saw pictures of how they were used and it was stunning. Unfortunately I spent a long time setting up a pretty shot of these glasses outside on my patio only to have the camera die on the previous shot of a new isle runner :(   You should have seen it, it was pretty....

(1) White "swirly heart" pattern isle runner. It is about 3 feet wide and still has the rope handle for easy unrolling. Length unknown.
 (1) White "daisy" pattern isle runner. About 3 feet wide and still has rope handle. Camera died as we were photographing this. We hope to have pics soon.

This heart-shaped stand is about 8" across at it's widest point really pretty.
The picture on the right is supposed to be detail of the heart-shaped feet on this stand but it turned out icky (we'll try to get a better one).

We have a clear glass, heart-shaped bowl/candy dish  that looks nice with the stand above. It's not quite as large so it looks cute on top. This is not blue, it's clear. Having a hard time getting a decent pic since it's all glass and reflective.  If someone knows a trick to this, please email me :)

This is a really cute idea for a spring wedding two punch cups have been glued together at their bases (handles in opposite directions) with a ribon tied around the seam. Coordinate your own ribbon/candles. Sure you can borrow ours, we have 3, or you can DIY. Look for punch cups at local thrift stores and ask for the appropriate glue for glass (needs to be somewhat heat resistant once dry) at your local hardware store.

(3) Chip/dip bowls: heavy-duty clear plastic bowls have a ring for nibbles and a center bowl for dips or sauces. One piece construction. Sorry about the fingers but these are so shiny that I had to hold it funny to reduce the glare.

(2) Clear oval bowl/trays (see the red trays near the bottom of this page, the clear ones are the exact shape as the red ovals pictured).

(4) Huge round black catering trays. We haven't measured these yet but guess 20-24" across

(4) Smaller oval shaped silver-plated appitizer trays. Three of these are still in new condition, One shows some wear and spots. However, since most trays get covered in leaf lettuce or doilies, it really doesn't matter.

(4) Sets string lights: red lights on white wire (looks amazing under tulle).
One hundred lights per set.

(4) Sets string lights: White lights on white wire.

(1) string of white on green wire rice lights (these are the super tiny bulbs)

(2) grape pattern punch bowls, 2 ladels, one set of cups..?

(1) Punch bowl: Complete set consists of bowl, stand, ladle, hooks, and cups. Very pretty, heavy glass. Check back for update on capacity (guess about 6 quarts). Bowl and stand seperate and can be used as large bowl and small bowl seperately when the stand is inverted.

Miscellaneous items:

(6-1lbs. bags) Flat-back decorator marbles in a pink-peach (closer to peach than pink) color. Round shape

(7)lbs Flat-back decorator marbles in clear/opalescent. Oval shape.

Enough loose white tulle to decorate the wedding arch listed above and  two spools of tulle for your other details. We have also recently acquired a bunch of lime green tulle (festive spring wedding/luau?).

We're not sure what these are...but we have 40 of them! It looks like decoration for Champagne bottles. Sadly there is no Champagne at home to try it on. I tried it on the largest wine bottle we had and these were still too big. These hand made ribbon decorations are about 5" in diameter. Some are white ribbon which reads "Wedding wishes" and the other is a slightly less bright white without wording. We are now thinking that these may have been on vases. We did try them on the ivy bowls but the didn't fit.

Chocolate topiary? These were donated by a borrowing bride who had these gracing her cake table. We have two of them. Ribbons of chocolate, chocolate covered strawberries, piped icing, and heart shaped bon-bons mixed with the flowers of the strawberry plant make this decoration convincingly realistic.

You can't really tell from the pictures but the basket on the left is huge ~about a foot across~. The center basket has a satin wrapped handle with pearl beaded accent and is about 10 inches across. Basket on the right is a flowergirl basket about 5 inches across. Flowers can be removed or changed, please leave the satin.

Raffia...lots of natural color raffia. This came from a luau themed birthday but could add a tropical, far-away feel to your not-so-far-away wedding.

(3) Black table cloths - Goth wedding perhaps?
(can be used as a backdrop for photos) These are rectangular with rounded ends and were originally designed for meeting room conference tables. *measures 90" x 156"*  These are huge!!

(2) Black arch 6' tall - there's that Goth wedding again. These are, like the white arch, made from aluminum tube sections which are snapped together. requires some sort of anchoring to keep upright (flower pot?)

(still sorting) Red plastic transparent trays of multiple shapes and sizes these all match and have little flecks of glitter in them. If your accent color is red these make a nice set. We will be itemizing so we can describe each piece in detail and taking pictures for you soon.

Apparel: Yes, we do accept clothing donations. These are some of the items we have available.

plain white dress street size 18 front view  plain white dress size 18 back view

This dress is very simple. It has some fabric flowers on the back that are easily removed. The tailoring on this dress is not the best we have seen as there is a fabric match issue with panels that were inserted at some point in this dress's life. The panels are not of the same smooth satin as the rest of the dress. It needs a cleaning and has some seam strain about the waist line. We think this dress could be perfect if you take the flowers off the back and get a sash to coordinate with your colors (the sash would cover up most of the flaws too)!
Fits street size 18 5'4" with a  2-3" heel.

We have two identical bridesmaid's/MOB dresses in Navy blue. These are both plus sizes. We hope to have pictures and more detailed information up soon.

Consumables (single use/disposable items.)

Candles:
(12) creamy-white taper candles in box
(4) Tall tube candles (aka 7 day candles) red wax in clear glass
(6) Heart-shaped, pink, rose-scented, floating candle (These are super cute)

Paper goods/tabletop:
(about 100) dinner napkins, lime green
(1) rectangular plastic table cloth, lime green.
(1) off white plastic table skirt
Crepe paper streamers one lage spool of pale pink and one large spool of white.

Favor making:
(1) Pack of small paper doilies. (1) Pack of large paper doilies. We have not counted these but guess about 20 each package.
(1) Package of about 20 off-white tulle circles.

(16) small metal baskets ~super cute~
Clear plastic champagne glass favors (forgot to count them...only about 10) with white ribbon and silver plastic charms tied fast. Some have a pair of rings and some have a pair of champagne flutes.

Gads and gads of ribbon. Different widths/textures in white, off white, and deep burgundy. There is even a spool of cream colored "pearl" beads.

one sandwich bag sized package of little ribbon roses. off white with green "leaves".

Best of all…information. Information is not lent, it is given freely. Since we throw big ol’ theme parties 2-3 times a year, we are constantly looking for new supplies, vendors, venus and ideas. So, if there is something you are looking for that we don’t have yet, chances are good that we either know where to get it (cheap) or know someone who does. We know musicians, singers, photographers, caterers, and grunt laborers who practically work for peanuts. We also know of a few local places to hold your small event inexpensively and without much hassle.

More items are being added as the word spreads so if you don’t see it listed, ask.
